Chair Like A Pro
Op 19 maart 2025 verzorgde Stefan Peij het webinar Chair Like A Pro – met meer dan duizend aanmeldingen uit 90 landen werd het een mooie en leerzame online bijeenkomst. De opname van het webinar en de slides zijn aan onze PECT-leden beschikbaar gesteld in de online leeromgeving als item onder Literatuur & Downloads. (Alles is in het Engels.)
De belangrijkste besproken paradoxen / best practices zijn:
- Be clearly present but not dominant
- Create a shared context and still leave room for diversity in opinions
- Be responsible for the process but also for the content
- Continue to build bridges in the face of increasing tension
- Understand the nature, business and heart of the business and from there promote the interests from the own Supervisory Board/Chair role.
